Qualified first-time homebuyers and Veterans are eligible for down payment and closing cost assistance in all 67 Florida counties.
We are proud to work with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and select County programs to offer hope for would-be borrowers who dream of owning a home, have the monthly income to support it, but lack the funds for large down payments. For first-time homebuyers and qualified Veterans
Available to first-time homebuyers only (no property ownership in the past 36 months) with the exception of Veterans, who need not be first-time homebuyers if they served in the active military, naval, or air service, and were discharged or released honorably.
